Pyramid Suites

The toilets and beds were clean, and the fridge and aircon worked fine. Breakfast was pork-free. There were two little cockroaches in the room, though, and we were put in a room with three outdoor Aircon units on the balcony that hummed all night. The ecard lock had to be reprogrammed on day two of our two-night stay. The hot water wasn't hot enough for a shower, and the lavatory was clogged badly enough to need a plunger. Pouring boiling water down it doesn't work anymore.

The food was delicious, and the staff were great. I found the hotel clean and quiet, with all the facilities I needed. A place I’d recommend for a stay in Banjarmasin.

The bathroom water could have been hotter, but we really enjoyed our stay. The interior feels luxurious and comfortable, and the service was great. They also welcomed us with a drink and a wet towel for our hands, a really nice touch.

We used to love the breakfast here before the pandemic, but it seems different now, though still okay. There was no laundry bag in the room, and Moms container, where we used to have dinner across from the hotel, has closed. We couldn't find sushi or cake either.
