As of midnight on November 10th, guests who had checked in still weren’t marked as checked in. WhatsApp messages got no response, even after reminders, and resellers are tired of having to look for guests. They just take someone else’s commission. Bye 👋

The room was in bad shape for guests. Mosquitoes were everywhere, the floor was still wet when I checked in, and the toilet smelled. There was no drinking water, and only one towel for two people. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and the AC wasn’t cold. Very poor service.

For 150 thousand rupiah, I can understand there being no soap or toothbrush. The location is very strategic for a lodging or boarding-house business, and it could keep growing if developed further. What bothered me when I was trying to sleep was the pillow smelling like someone else’s drool 😭😭😭. I suggest the hotel use pillow material that can be washed instead of kapok, so drool doesn’t soak in and leave a permanent smell. Hahaha

I paid 175 per room for the night, plus a 100,000 IDR deposit. The bathroom floor was still slippery and the bathroom itself wasn’t very clean. The room wasn’t very clean either, the water heater didn’t work, and there was noise at night. I don’t know if it came from the next room or somewhere else, but it scared everyone in the room.
