The bathroom was the biggest letdown, especially the shower and toilet. There were several cockroaches in the room, too. The hotel is old and right in the city center, very close to Alun-alun, but the rooms don’t seem to be looked after well enough for a good guest experience. The furniture and beds were okay apart from the cupboard, and the air conditioner worked fine. I hope the owner sees this and improves the service.
