The bed was comfy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had trouble renting a bike, but one of them tried to find one for us even at midnight. There wasn’t hot water in the accommodation, so they boiled some for us instead. Breakfast was fried noodles. When we needed help communicating with local people, they did their best to assist. Really nice people!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly. It got a little noisy in the morning, though. You can ask Mrs. Tika for help with food or places to visit. It’s a good base if you’re planning to go to Mount Ijen, Mount Bromo, Bali, or around Banyuwangi city. I’d suggest adding hot water and more breakfast choices.
There was no toilet lid, TV or hot water when I stayed, and I had to ask for a towel. Smoking isn’t allowed inside, so smokers need to go outside. They offered coffee or tea.
The service was really poor and the price didn’t feel justified. I could never find the staff, and breakfast either wasn’t available or took two hours. The towel smelled like cat pee.
I paid one night’s stay with a blue one, in rupiah. AC and TV were included. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are just a jump from the bed. Thank you.
