The room was clean, though it took a while before the aircon felt cool. Breakfast didn't have much variety, just simple traditional food such as sayur asam.

Staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel was very clean for such a low budget. The cheapest room starts at 100.000 rupiah (aprox USD 8) per night and includes breakfast for two. I do think some refreshes are needed around the hotel, like light bulbs, furniture, and other facilities.

It's a comfortable place at an affordable price, close to the train station. A nice base for starting to explore Banyuwangi.
