The staff were the highlight for me. They were warm and welcoming at any hour, made a point of introducing themselves and getting to know guests, and gave helpful tips for restaurants, tours, and sightseeing. We booked Snooze's Ijen sunrise tour, which was affordable and well organized, and the guides were excellent. I stayed in both the basic and deluxe double rooms, and enjoyed both. They were clean, comfortable, and roomy, including the basic setup. The property has lots of shaded indoor and outdoor spaces, plus a large, well-equipped kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. My one wish is that the deluxe double's ensuite had a sink, though this seems common across Indonesia.

I just finished Snooze's Ijen tour, and everything ran smoothly. The people and guides were great. Even though I wasn't a guest and had only booked the tour, they let me use the shower and store my luggage. Thanks to all the staff for their help and consistently positive attitude. I'll definitely stay here in the future :)

The team at Snooze Hostel Ijen made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Everyone was welcoming, kind, smiling, and lovely throughout my stay. The hostel and rooms were very clean and well kept, with beautiful decor and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. They even let me wait after checkout. Thanks again to the whole team ❤️🙏🏾

I spent two days at Snooze Ijen Hostel and was very happy with the stay. The room was clean, smelled nice, and made it comfortable to rest after a long day. The bathroom and the rest of the hostel were also clean and well maintained. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in Banyuwangi 😊

Snooze welcomed us kindly, and I'd definitely come back. The kitchen had a stove, plenty of cookware, plates and glasses, plus a fridge and ice. Coffee and tea were free, too. Even after checkout, we could still use the shared toilet, shower, and common area, which was really convenient. They also offer car and motorcycle rentals, as well as trips to Ijen and another place 😍 Thanks, Snooze!
