At Guest House Pesona I had my own room for a very good price. It was spacious and had places for my clothes and tablet, along with a chair and fan. The staff were super friendly and shared information and food. The location was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it.

Don't book online anywhere, they don't accept those bookings. Call or just show up. The woman working here isn't the owner, but she works hard and does an excellent job. She's very helpful, speaks English well, and communicates clearly. She helped with everything I asked, and we stayed in touch even days later while I was still traveling.

We stayed at Pesona twice, for 7-9 days each time, while dealing with health issues in Jakarta rather than on holiday. Nana and all her staff helped us in every way we could think of. They anticipated everything and nothing was too much trouble. Within a few days Nana already felt like a sister, and supported me through this intense period. The food from the kitchen is more than delicious, so there's no need to go out. They arrange laundry, shopping if you want it, your driver, everything. Love you guys!
