New Year’s dinner was enjoyable, even without fireworks. There were lots of food choices and most of it was pretty good, and the balcony had a lovely city view. The staff were relaxed, friendly, and helpful, so the evening felt easy and fun. I booked the Gala Dinner through IG and got a very quick reply. Everything went smoothly from the start, and the receptionist was really friendly. I enjoyed spending New Year’s night this way.

I’ve visited a few times, and the city view is fantastic, showing off Batam’s beauty. The live music was really enjoyable and the food was good. The front office team were kind and helpful, and the other staff gave good service too. Thanks to crown vista hotel batam for such a caring and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely come back and bring some friends and family along. Happy new years!

My family stayed for two nights, while I was there for just one. The staff and drivers were very friendly and helpful, and the service was great. I hope the facilities, scenery, and breakfast buffet improve in the future. Still, it was a great stay overall, with really helpful staff.

The hotel isn’t in the center, but the view was fantastic, with an elegant panoramic outlook. Reception were kind and accommodating, and the restaurant staff and transport driver were just as welcoming. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy Batam.
