Could you give me your WhatsApp number? It'll be easier to ask questions if I want to stay overnight. Thanks.

I paid already, but the hotel asked for another 120 thousand rupiah. I requested a cancellation, but it's still being processed. Be careful if you're booking a stay here through Agoda.

The receptionist told us, "If you don't want to pay more, it's better to cancel." We had already paid through the app, but they wanted an additional fee for four nights. The app's price doesn't match the actual price, so it felt like extortion. We were forced to stay because it was late afternoon, we'd come from far away, and it was hard to find affordable accommodation nearby. I've reported it to OY* and AG*DA. I hope other people and their families don't go through what we did.

The price they charged was very different from the price in the app. Be careful when booking a room here.
