Why is this still showing on AGODA, and why do people call it a scam? I paid, then arrived to hear they weren't partnered with anyone. They said the place had been closed for a long time and was a boarding house, not a guesthouse. I got no refund 🥹

I paid for a room through Traveloka, then found out the booking was fake. Be careful. Who do you even complain to in a situation like this?

Looks like this boarding house isn't connected to any booking platform, so don't get tricked.
