I loved this small hotel. It’s a new place in a great spot, right inside Nagoya Hill Mall, and the price is very competitive. Every room has a chiller, handy for keeping my birdnest or chilling a beer. There’s a shared pantry where people can socialize, and breakfast can be brought to the room, which is above-par service. On my last night, they kindly accommodated my special diet request for genuine reasons. The front desk staff were helpful and always greeted guests with a big smile. Special mention to the young lad mr Wayan from Bali, good job.

At RM80+, it’s fine for a short stay, and everything was okay. The room felt a little dark, though. An extra light by the mirror would help with makeup. The water had a slight smell, and I wish there were stickers or a cover on the toilet door, since you can see someone inside 😅

The location is super convenient, with a side entrance leading straight to nagoya hill mall and most spas just a two-minute walk away. The room was spacious and tidy, with clean bedding, and the front desk and other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In room 523, the window lever was broken, so it wouldn’t shut completely. That let in outside noise and could damage the aircon compressor over time. I hope they fix and maintain it. Otherwise, everything was great, and I’ll come back.

I stayed for a fortnight and had a pretty good experience. The room was clean, and I especially liked the bathroom details, including the cool mosaic 🫰🏻. The front desk were responsive and helpful, with one person bringing my takeaways up and another printing documents for me. Had a good time, and it must be even cooler when the live music is really there 😁👍

The design and convenience are worth five stars for the price. It’s a new hotel right inside the mall, and the staff are professional and helpful. I could shop for groceries, take the lift up to drop off my bags, then go to grand majesty for a spa session. Very good value for its style.
