The location made getting to malls and restaurants easy, and I felt very safe with security there around the clock. At Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand, the apartment was spotless and roomy, more like a luxury home. The bed was comfy, AC cold, Wi-Fi super fast, and water pressure just right. The staff were so friendly and professional, and really went above and beyond. Great value for money. 10/10, I’d come back and recommend it to anyone!

This was my second stay, and the hotel was just as comfortable and reliable as before. The room was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully set up. Staff were welcoming and professional, attentive to the little things, and made the stay feel easy. The facilities were in excellent condition, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. You can tell management cares about guest satisfaction and maintains high service standards. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, dependable place.

A special thanks to the drivers who went out of their way to pick up our wheelchair-bound parents at the mall entrance. Our family is grateful to Ms Laras, the manager, and her team for taking such good care of us despite the tight schedule. They patiently arranged transportation, answered our questions, and fixed the room door and lighting issue. We really appreciated their generous, excellent service. Thank you so much!

Grand Batam Mall is nearby, which made the location especially convenient. We had a comfortable, enjoyable two-night stay at Oakwood Hotel Batam. Breakfast and dinner had lots of delicious options, and the staff were friendly. We’ll definitely return on a future Batam trip. Highly recommended!

The room and bed felt new, and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, with great service. This new hotel is right by Grand Batam Mall, close to massages, food and shopping. Breakfast had plenty of choices, though the taste was just so-so. The noodle station was good.
