I just want to sleep, but it's hard with a karaoke venue in front of the hotel, and the staff won't do anything about it!

Finding somewhere to eat is difficult, and the bathroom was dirty. The hot shower often stopped working. I had to ask for the TV and AC remotes and for towels, too. Customer service was unfriendly. Bad.
