The nearby food is a big part of why I’d come back. There are kopitiams with authentic Chinese dishes, warong serving local food, a proper coffee shop, laundry, and a convenient shop, all within walking distance. If you’re coming from Singapore and want a quiet stay without taking much GrabCar, this works well. It’s mostly locals here, so you probably won’t run into fellow Singaporeans if you’re after a local feel. They also gave us a voucher for the coffee shop next door. I stayed 2 or 3 nights and found the service really good, with helpful staff. The room was good, the air conditioning and TV worked well, and the bathroom had no issues. Cleanliness could be better, though it looked okay and wasn’t especially dirty. The place is very good for the price, and I’d stay again when I’m back in Batam.

I stayed one night on a business trip and was really grateful for it. The receptionists were always smiling and ready to help without us having to ask, which I didn’t expect from a small hotel. Nearby at night there’s plenty of food, including seafood, chicken and sambal, and Ramli Burger. There’s also a money changer right beside the hotel with a competitive rate. My room was clean, and the receptionists had a good attitude.

The location isn’t the best, but the service at this small two-star hotel is excellent. Staff are friendly, check-in was easy, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The place matched its advertisement, and the price range was reasonable. The star rating speaks for itself.

Good for my budget, and I hope to stay again. Street food and kopitiams are tucked away in the back alleys, while Indomaret, laundry, and good coffee are only a few steps away.
