REOTEL at CITRAPLAZA - NAGOYA Service Apartment

The only thing going for this hotel is its convenient location. I booked 3 rooms, then at check-in they unexpectedly demanded a Rp750,000 cash deposit that hadn’t been mentioned when booking. Otherwise, they wanted to keep our passports. That was very disappointing. The bathrooms were dirty, smelled unpleasant, and had small cockroaches. The water heater didn’t work. When we asked for help, staff just told us to wait for the water to heat up, but it never did. On checkout day, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, making an already bad stay even worse. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Cleanliness, facilities, transparency, and customer service were all disappointing. I truly regret booking it and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Cockroaches were all over Leotel, including some inside the fridge, and the room was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. The old mattress sagged and smelled awful. They gave me just one key, then kept putting off giving me another. Parking was hard to find and cost extra. It was the worst stay I’ve had, and I don’t want to return.
