The food was homemade and delicious, and the spa massages and staff were wonderful. I chose the three-hour package, which was just right for a proper rest. Even after only one night, it felt like I'd been away for several days. The hotel is surrounded by nature and quiet, with cosy rooms, lovely decor, tasteful sculptures, and Asian-inspired details. You can get there easily from Singapore by ferry, and their shuttle takes just 10 minutes from the port. I recommend it 200%.

The spa was one of the best parts of our stay at Tempat Senang Boutique Hotel. The treatments were relaxing and professional, and the staff across the resort were warm, attentive, and always smiling. Thanks to everyone in Reception, the kitchen, Breakfast/Dinner, Housekeeping, and Spa, and especially our driver JJ. We really appreciated your service. My sister and I spent four days there after our cruise, from 10Feb to 14 Feb, in the Thai room. It was a lovely way to finish the trip. The beautifully designed resort had thoughtful touches, while the tropical greenery and peaceful pool area made a welcome break from everyday busyness. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service and atmosphere made the stay memorable and restorative. The spa room was clean, and Monti's massage was so good. I left feeling rested and recharged. Lunch was yummy too. The full-day spa service impressed me from the start, including pickup and drop-off at the terminal. I'll definitely come back! ❤️

Coming from the USA, I was nervous about travelling farther from Singapore, but everyone was kind and accommodating and made sure I felt safe. I was living in Singapore for 2.5 months and took a one-night trip to Tempat Senang. It turned out to be a great experience, and I'll be back. I bought the 3 session package, with three spa sessions, complimentary breakfast, a complimentary drive to and from the resort that took 10 minutes each way, and use of all the resort amenities. If you're on the fence, go ahead and book it!

The six treatments were incredibly relaxing, and Neli was a brilliant masseur. The resort is green, quiet, and peaceful, and they picked me up at the ferry terminal. I've already been to Tempat Senang twice and would return anytime. When I'm in Singapore, I book the day pass with six treatments, take the ferry over to Batam view, relax, then head back to Singapore. It's a great way to recharge for a weekend before a business trip.
