Room 805 had open views, and we were comfortable during our five-day CNY stay. It was our fifth time here, and this is still our first choice in Batam. The location is handy for A2 Hawker Centre, the marketplace, BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, massage and spa places, and attractions like Batam Zoo Paradise, Dinosaur Park, and Blue Fire Beach within 6km. Breakfast had lots of international options, and staff brought our special brew coffee to the table. The apartment had a kitchen and dressing table, but no utensils, microwave, or washing machine, though laundry service was available. WiFi worked reliably, but there was no Netflix or YouTube on the TV. A few things needed attention: the toilet bowl was loose even after we complained twice, and the common bathroom towel rack was flimsy and faulty. We moved the bed on day one and the space underneath stayed dusty until checkout. The master bedroom tap splashed water everywhere because the flow was so strong, so we fixed it ourselves with a balloon.

A big room with a roomy bathroom, a good rate, and friendly staff. The Grand Executive room worked well for us, and there’s a gym, pool, and 24-hour massage service in the building. Batam City Square and Grand Batam Mall are next door, with plenty of massage parlours nearby. A2 foodcourt is downstairs and Tua Pk Gong is close. On a high floor, the lift wait can reach 10 minutes. The rest was good, and I’d recommend it.

Cheshia was especially lovely, always friendly and ready to help, and her attention made the stay feel personal. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely arranged, with a relaxing feel. Breakfast was a highlight too, lots of fresh, tasty choices and everything presented well. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

Selvi made Teh Tarik just for my family, which was very thoughtful of her. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including a kids' menu with cornflakes and pancakes. We liked the Nasi Goreng Kampung too. Really helpful team, kudos!
