The place is pretty big and lovely, and the room service deserves some credit. The electricity went out and the curtain was broken when we first entered our room, but they fixed both right away after we called. Still, there was trash all around, which really spoiled the mood. The bathroom and toiletries were dirty, there wasn’t even a spoon to stir our drink, and the hotel is far from tourist attractions. It wasn’t a good memory overall.

The location is beautiful, but this was a really awful hotel. The rooms weren’t clean, and lots of things were broken, run down, or poorly maintained. The towels and sheets weren’t really clean, and some were ripped. Fresh towels each day cost extra, as did comfortable pillows. We found cockroaches and other bugs and creatures in the room and under the bed. Some are to be expected in this part of the world, but this was too much.

The surroundings are clean and refreshing, with lots of greenery, nice views, and lovely weather. The rooms are nothing special, but they’re big. If you’re frugal, one room could work for 5-6 people. It has a TV, kettle, and even a mini fridge. I’d ask for a second-floor room, since the view is better up high. The bathroom is basic, just a shower and toilet with hot water. Breakfast is 40k per person, with tea, bread, and one main dish to choose from. As of 2 August 2019, the swimming pool was being renovated.

The scenery around this hotel is awesome, which is why I booked it. The room needs prompt maintenance, though. The wall paint was in terrible condition, the bedsheet was very dirty, as if it hadn’t been changed after another guest used it, and the bathroom was leaking.
