De Lobby Suite Hotel

The lobby was a comfy place to hang out, with lots of sofas where we could chat with friends. Our room was clean and cozy, breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff were friendly. It's near the mall too. I'll definitely come back with my family.

The breakfast was disappointing. The omelette eggs were cold, the bread seemed several days old, and the options were the typical Indonesian breakfast selection. Four staff members were standing around talking, and it seemed like one of them could have been cooking fresh eggs. The breakfast setup and food choices need improvement, though at this price it was okay. We stayed Friday night, the 19th. The hotel itself was very nice and clean, and the shower worked well. The glass shelving in our room seemed like an accident waiting to happen. The first shelf should be 100mm shorter on both the left and right sides.

For a three-star hotel, this was more than enough, and it was cheap and comfortable. The TV wasn't working properly when I first checked in, but they fixed it soon after. Appreciate it 👌

We had a great two-day stay at De’Lobby hotel. It's affordable and in a handy spot near lots of tourist attractions, and check-in was easy, though they do take your ID. The security guard was very helpful, showing me to the lobby and opening the lift. The room was clean and quite spacious, with a mirror placed nicely. The bathroom was clean as well, and there was a hair dryer. The TV looked nice, like the hall design. I also used laundry through a service outside the hotel. They shared the contact, picked up my laundry, and delivered it to the lobby as requested. It was affordable too.
