This was really bad. I can’t believe the hotel treats its guests this way. If you don’t believe me, go see for yourself.

I had a booking, but it was canceled on their end because there hadn’t been prior confirmation. They asked me to share my location, then didn’t respond. When I explained what happened, they got angry. Very unfriendly. One star. I’d never stay at or book this villa 👎

I ended up chatting with Traveloka, and my case is still being processed. I hope they can refund me soon, please pray for me. Thank you. I arrived expecting to stay, but the hotel told me it was full when I called. I’d booked through Traveloka the day before, on December 24, 2023, but the hotel said Traveloka hadn’t confirmed it. The rooms were already full that day, so I couldn’t stay. I was speechless. They offered no solution. I hope your fortune keeps flowing smoothly, sir, and that you stay healthy. How could this happen? 🤦♀️

It didn’t feel like a hostel at all. The bathroom was dirty, the roads were narrow, and there was no friendliness. For the price, it just wasn’t worth it.

They took the money through the app, but there were no rooms. This accommodation is fraudulent.
