OYO LIfe 91571 Hotel Ss Bukit Cemara Syariah

The rooms are pretty much "as is," and there are extra charges. They said the place was full, then asked for more money if I wanted to check in. I strongly feel Oyo caused me a loss, but they wouldn't invite me to file a police report. Getting a refund from Oyo is also frustratingly difficult.

It's convenient if you just need somewhere to leave your things while you rest. The rooms cost 150 or 200, with the only difference being the TV. They all have hot water, the location is close to everything, and the service is okay. You can ask to see the rooms first.

The rooms are upstairs, with reception and parking on the ground floor. They're spacious and clean, and the bathroom is clean too. The place is easy to get to, right by the road. It no longer works with OYO, so if you want to stay, go straight to the property. The price was reasonable over the Christmas and New Year holidays, even though they fell on a weekend.

Luckily, I could still cancel. I booked through a hotel app because the place was right along the road toward Batu Malang, but when I arrived they wouldn't honor the booking and said they no longer worked with the app. To stay, I'd have had to pay again in person, at a much higher rate. I don't know if it's a scam or what. Be careful.
