The stay was a great experience, and the service was good. Our room was 416, and at 1.5mill a night with breakfast during the Christmas holiday, it felt worth it ✨ The housekeepers did a great job keeping the room clean and well maintained. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the waiters and waitresses were patient with all kinds of guests, even the difficult ones. The grounds were huge, so we didn’t feel crowded during the holiday. The one downside was the jacuzzi: it was very dirty, with lots of cracked tiles and a slippery floor.

We visited with a friend’s family, who were the ones staying at the hotel, so we only saw it from outside and didn’t see the rooms. It’s a resort style hotel. The gardens looked pretty well maintained, though the lobby seemed outdated. I wouldn’t recommend swimming in the pool, even though it has a water playground and an indoor pool. They’ve recently built their own theme park, with some interesting rides that should keep kids and teens entertained during a hotel stay. It’s right next to jatim park 1.

The room was quite spacious, and the waiters were friendly. We booked two rooms, and the stay included theme park tickets. The hotel is very old, though, and that left the room smelling stale.

The view was amazing, and the welcome made a great impression from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and smiling. We had such a lovely time at this theme park 🥰👏🏼👏🏼, and I’d happily visit again 💕

There are lots of stairs, which could be hard to manage with big luggage, and the lift is a long way from the front desk. Even so, the hotel facilities are top notch. It’s a great all-in-one spot for kids’ activities, so there’s no need to go elsewhere. Overall, it’s excellent.
