The garden was peaceful, parking was convenient, and the rooms were cozy and well kept. Service was excellent. The owner is a veterinarian who graduated from UGM and lives behind the homestay. Very friendly.

Mrs. Elisabeth really makes the place special. She's welcoming, warm, helpful, and speaks English very well. The homestay is beautifully decorated and maintained, especially the cozy, comfortable lobby. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's also well located near BNS, food, and shops. Highly recommended.

We booked a family room for one night. It was clean and spacious, including the bathroom, and had all the amenities we needed. The location right across from Batu Night Spectacular is convenient. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt amazing for an affordable homestay. Highly recommended 👍👍

There are rooms for two, with a king bed, and rooms for three, with a queen bed. Both room types have a private bathroom with running hot water, breakfast, and towels. It's a nice place for families or friends, with a kind owner, clean rooms, and a garden full of trees, orchids, and other plants, plus a pond and plenty of parking. There's a convenience store and restaurant next door, and Batu Night Spectacular (BNS) is across the road.

It's right in front of BNS, and the owner and staff are friendly. The comfortable atmosphere feels like home, and it's a good budget hotel. Sadly, the hot water in my room didn't work.
