Hate to say it, but the room facilities were really disappointing.

Great!
10/10
The location has a really nice view, right next to the Selecta recreation area. The room was decent, the AC got cold, and there was hot water. It's inexpensive, so don't expect too much.
10/10
I paid 98 thousand rupiah at the time. The view was pretty good, and I liked staying here. The room was tidy and the sheets smelled nice, though there were a lot of stains, so it didn't seem thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom was a little dirty, but the hot water worked, and the AC was very cold.
4/10
The location and view were good, but the service was poor. We booked and paid for two rooms ahead of time, then arrived to find only one VIP room available. There was no hot water, the towels smelled and felt sticky, and the bathroom was filthy. Worst of all, the room lights didn't work, and the staff offered no fix or solution. We ended up staying in the dark. Cheap places don't call for high expectations, but the service shouldn't be this bad. The owner needs to brief the employees properly.
