Palem Asri Guesthouse Syariah

I ended up moving to a better hotel that I booked through Agoda after this guesthouse turned me away. At first, I thought it had great facilities, but the staff refused to let me check in because I'd booked through Agoda. They said the hotel no longer had any connection with platforms like Agoda, Oyo, or Traveloka. Why are bookings still available there if they don't work with those platforms? The staff explained they'd cut ties because they weren't getting enough money from them, since platforms sometimes offer discounts. I didn't know what to do after being rejected. There's no food stall or gift shop around, and it's hard to find much nearby. The staff were annoying too.

I wouldn't recommend staying overnight. Some rooms have no air conditioner, and there was no hot water. Please fix the broken installations.

The rooftop has a lovely view. When the sky is clear, you can see the mountains clearly. Nice place to stay.

Parking is the weak point since there's not much space. Still, it's a really nice place, and I'd recommend it. Jatim Park 2 is nearby too.
