I paid 230 thousand through Oyo, but the room I was offered had an outside bathroom, so I had to cancel. The refund was only around 50 thousand, and Oyo still hasn't returned it. I don't know where the money went. Really disappointing.

BE CAREFUL booking here through a third party such as Agoda. They cancel paid bookings on their own, even when they're made less than a week ahead. UNPROFESSIONAL.

The room photos on the app don't match what you actually get. They should be honest about that.

Canceling is difficult, and the room doesn't look like it does in the photos.

I woke up itchy all over after staying here. By the time I got home, my whole body was itching.
