The restaurant's food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The hotel also offers massages at a pretty good price, but when I came during the year-end holiday the service was fully booked, so I couldn't make a reservation. The location is good, though the rooms feel a little dated. My window was difficult to open, and the bathroom door squeaked when I tried to use it.

The room was comfortable and cozy, and the staff provided great service. The food was delicious, especially the steak. Definitely stay here if you visit Batu!

There’s a kids' area with a slide staircase, a drawing board, and a sand area, so they have things to enjoy. The hotel staff were friendly and nice 👍🏻. Great view and atmosphere, too.

We only ate at the resort's restaurant, we didn't stay there. The location is scenic and really picturesque. We had nasi goreng; the service was rather slow and the food was okay. I really liked the pandaan drink.

The room was spacious, and the balcony felt so cozy with its synthetic grass, two bean bags, and mountain views around Batu City. There were lots of plants, a big yard, and a sand pool for the kids. The outdoor swimming pool was nice, and there was a cafe by the lobby and another on the rooftop. So comfy. I'll stay here again on my next trip to Malang.
