Mbak Yufika made us feel welcome and was a great help. It was raining when we arrived at the resort, and she immediately offered assistance. The scenery is amazing, the resort has complete facilities, and the instructions were clear. They’ve also thought through the complimentary facilities. A good place to unwind on your own or with family. Great service!

The room was fine and had a smart TV, and breakfast was okay. There were far too many flies, especially in the restaurant, which raised concerns about hygiene and seemed like a waste management problem. The windows need curtains because the sunlight woke us at 5 am. Also, the onsen water should flow freely instead of running on a fixed schedule, and it needs to be at least 4 degrees hotter or adjustable.

Mbak Yufika made our early arrival easy by arranging an early check in as soon as the room was ready. Before we got there, Mbak Meme was very communicative and helped book transportation to the resort. The staff were accommodating throughout, and we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly to my husband and me. Thanks to the lovely woman at the check in counter for being so quick and helpful. Our driver, Aril, if I recall correctly, was informative and had a good sense of humor. Maybe next time you can be my personal tour guide 😉

You can rent yukata or furisode here, and it’s a fun place to take pictures of your anime merch. Special thanks to kak Abel and kak Dwi for helping my mom with her furisode 🥰 Such a unique spot for a staycation in Batu!
