The price is reasonable, and it’s close to Alun" Batu, BNS, Jatim Park, and other places. The room was fine, and it’s quite comfortable overall. Staff were okay, but service could use improvement. Since there’s a kitchen, it’d be nice to have complimentary coffee or tea ready for guests. Also, when staff are nearby and free, asking guests to open the gate themselves feels impolite. You can order food or drinks by phone, with a 5k delivery charge to your room.
