With lots of people able to stay comfortably, it felt worth the price and like being at home while vacationing in Batu. The place is in a handy spot, close to everything, and you can order food online if you don’t feel like going out. The manager was responsive when we had concerns. It’s a two-story house. Upstairs there’s a sofa, a TV, and a bedroom with its own bathroom. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, a living room, a family room, the kitchen, a drying area, and an outdoor bathroom. It’s well equipped, with a washing machine, stove, dispenser, and refrigerator.

The balcony looks great in photos, especially with the mountain view behind it, and the design is really aesthetic. There’s a kitchen, gym, pool, and balcony, and the house is fully furnished. It’s even better if you pick one with a balcony. The kitchen has all the equipment, but you need to bring or buy your own ingredients. The area is peaceful and quiet, though there are plenty of neighbors around. The pool is very deep, so families with kids should be careful. A sliding door separates it from the kitchen. There are more bathrooms than bedrooms. It’s a good option for a luxury-style trip at a mid-range price, and splitting the cost with someone else makes it cheaper. The villa is just off the main road on the left, and town is fairly close by car.

It’s a calm, cool place not far from the Malang-Batu border, and Ms. Eva is very friendly. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and kitchenette, plus a washing machine and refrigerator, so it’s well equipped for a longer stay. A good choice for a family trip around Batu or Malang.

It really felt like home, and the second-floor TV is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. The villa is comfortable and well equipped, near the main road and Batu’s tourist spots. I’d happily stay here again with family or friends ☺️ There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two family rooms, and TVs on both the first and second floors. It also has Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, cooking utensils, a refrigerator, and a washing machine.
