We stayed at Nora 2 and arrived at 2 am. The security guard escorted us to the villa, but the place was still dirty: the cutlery, toilet, floor and other areas needed cleaning. When I complained, the admin passed the issue around and kept insisting it was very clean, even though the field staff said it was dirty too. The online listing said the room had AC, but there was only one AC. They hadn’t provided soap or shampoo, the extra bed and mattress weren’t real mattresses, and the spring bed was dirty and hadn’t been replaced. Local residents also said the villa wasn’t well maintained. It took an hour to clean before the next guest arrived.

The view was even better than I expected, and the service was friendly and good. I was really satisfied, not disappointed at all. Ten stars plus five 😍, a great place for a vacation.

All the photos matched what we found, and I didn’t expect a villa this beautiful to be so affordable. It’s very clean, neat and spacious, with big rooms, a clean bathroom and a large swimming pool. There are two TVs, one for karaoke and another for movies or playing PS. Great for a big group. I’ll definitely come back 😍😍❤️❤️.

The top-floor balcony gives you a 360-degree view of the mountains and Malang city. The location is handy too, near souvenir shops and Jatim Park 3, and about 15 minutes from the town square. There’s an alf*mart by the alley entrance and a fairly large souvenir shop. In the morning or evening, vendors sell Malang meatballs, traditional snacks, ronde and angsle. The villa was clean and the service was good. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a refrigerator, karaoke, a fully equipped kitchen and a pool, though the pool isn’t kid-friendly, so children need supervision. The magic com should be replaced: its coating is peeling and the lid opens a little when closed. The second floor also needs repairs. When it rains, the path to the room gets slippery and water pools instead of draining.
