We got a good deal here, especially compared with other villas in the same housing complex that cost millions. This one was only hundreds of thousands. It’s in the complex near Museum Angkut and is clean, tidy, and quite nice, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, hot water, pillows, blankets, towels, and extra foldable mattresses in the closet. The side garden is spacious. I brought my dog and little kids, and they had a great time running around. The kitchen has a usable stove and cutlery too.

There are only two rooms, but the extra fold-out mattresses in the closet make space for up to 10 people. It’s a good choice for a family stay in Batu, and it’s friendly for both kids and pets. The air is cool and fresh, and the Museum Angkut is nearby, with other Jatim Park attractions not too far away. Satay sellers often pass by, handy if you don’t feel like going out to eat.

The grounds are lovely, and the villa is spacious and clean. It’s pet-friendly as long as pets stay out of the rooms. The Kusuma Agro Villa housing complex is fairly quiet and peaceful. Food delivery is an option, and there are satay, meatball, and fresh milk vendors around in the morning and evening, so cooking isn’t necessary 😁

This villa in the Agro Kusuma area is good value at under 1 million rupiah. The caretaker was friendly, the side yard was roomy enough for kids to play, and the views were beautiful. It’s also close to the Angkut Museum. The path down to the gazebo needs care, and the access road to the side yard could use some improvement.
