I booked an AC cleaning for Saturday on Thursday afternoon, but when Saturday came, I had no idea what time they'd arrive. I asked on WhatsApp and got a slow reply, then was suddenly told the technician was still on the road and they couldn't do the job that day. I asked to move it to Monday and heard nothing until 8 PM, despite messaging from 11 AM. By then I'd gone to the office to cancel, and the service staff there were very unfriendly. Waiting so long for confirmation also forced me to cancel several appointments with other people. Slow, unpleasant service. I don't recommend them.

The units are clean, tidy, nicely maintained, and come with a great view, which makes this a top choice for staying around Bekasi. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Hope MDN Pro keeps this quality up. Staycations are happy with MDN Pro ✨

I had a really satisfying stay in an apartment arranged by an MDN Pro agent. The Elodea room was especially nice, cool, and the service was good.
