Bobopod Mega Mall Bekasi

I used Bobopod for a transit stay, and it had everything I needed: rooms, shared bathrooms, a prayer room, and a shared area where you can eat and heat up food. Since it's connected to a mall, you can just step out and buy something to eat there. It was comfortable, though the pod setup may not suit someone with claustrophobia. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The affordable price and helpful, really friendly staff make this feel more like a four-star hotel to me, even though it's a capsule hotel. Bobopod has several locations around Indonesia, including Bobopod Mega Mall in Bekasi. I still haven't found another one that measures up. The room is always tidy and clean, with a nice scent.

Cleanliness 9/10, comfort 9/10, and customer service 9/10. The staff were great with customers, and I'd recommend staying here for a holiday or a longer business trip. They also have special rates for longer stays, so check those out. One of my best hotel experiences. Keep it up!

The place is cozy and the staff are helpful. I booked a double bed to make it more comfortable, but if you're claustrophobic, this probably isn't for you 🤣 Also, try not to snore while you sleep, your neighbor might hear you.
