I booked through Agoda for the first time and paid the amount shown in the app, but at the property they demanded another 100,000 rupiah, saying Agoda hadn't updated the price. The owner was extremely unfriendly and cheeky, and I felt cheated. I reported it to Oyo and Agoda, and eventually got a full refund. It's dirty too, my goodness. If you're thinking of staying here, I'd say don't. The people are dishonest and con artists.

I booked through Agoda for 140k and ended up on the 16th floor, in a room that was awful. It smelled musty and rancid when I opened the door, and the sheets were damp and dirty. There were tiny cockroaches all over the floor, with some climbing onto the bed. The TV was dead and there was no Wi-Fi. The room was just filthy. I checked in, but I was so disgusted I couldn't sleep there. I was told it was full, so I couldn't switch rooms, and I checked out again right away. I didn't have time to take a photo, but I swear by Allah, it was dirty and crawling with small cockroaches everywhere. I won't come back, and anyone planning to stay here should probably avoid it 😭

I found a room listed as available on Agoda and booked it, but the apartment agent told me it was fully booked when I arrived. Then, oddly, they offered me a room offline for more money. They didn't offer to refund my Agoda booking either. This agent is rubbish, and this place isn't worth staying at. Be careful.

They said I should just ask Agoda for a refund, so I had to request it myself. The service was terrible, and the admin was really rude in chat. The whole thing was unclear. I won't go there again.
