It’s so convenient that the hotel connects straight to the mall. Take the lift down to the ground floor, open a door, and you’re there, with plenty of places to eat and shop. Grab cars are easy to find outside the lobby too. The staff provide good service, and they clean the room every day. Stays over five days include free laundry, which I appreciated. The room and bathroom could use improvement, though. The bathroom smelled unpleasant, and there were flies in both spaces. I’m not sure where they came from. The hotel doesn’t provide plastic bin liners, and food leftovers in the bin may have contributed to the flies.

I really enjoyed spending part of my holiday here. The food, atmosphere, service, and staff were all great. Still, I noticed what looked like the same staff working from breakfast through the dinner I attended. Are they doing two shifts? Management should take a closer look at the kitchen schedule. They seemed fresh in the morning but really tired by dinner, and it’s hard to see how they can give good service in that condition.

The front desk staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful, and the service was excellent. The hotel sits right beside the mall, which has plenty of shops, restaurants, and a cinema, so it seems like a good option for a family holiday. Renovations are underway at the property, which might explain why it looks a bit dated.

I checked in today, and my first impression is really good. The reception staff were polite and accommodated my request to change the gym hours. Room service staff were good too.
