The room layout was nice, but the dirt was obvious as soon as I walked in. There was someone else's dirty clothing and underwear in the wardrobe, grime in the corners, insects, spider webs, and dirty marks on the blanket, pillow covers, and sheets. I asked if another room might be better, but it wasn't 😂. I tried to complain politely, even though I was furious, and they didn't seem to appreciate it. I asked them to clean, but they forgot. When I got back, the room still hadn't been cleaned. The next day they only did the floor 😂. They didn't refill the drink or clean the tables. Management seemed disorganized about cleaning and what should be refilled, and everything took ages. I had to keep chasing a solution myself. On WhatsApp, management just said, “waiting we’re still checking,” and then nothing happened. They couldn't provide a clean room, so I can't imagine them offering compensation for the hassle. Early check-in wasn't available either, even though the room wasn't properly clean. The soap was basically water. If you want somewhere to rest, think twice unless you're fine sleeping in dirt. The photos speak for themselves. I stayed here so you don't have to. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. This is an honest review.
