Cozy And Homey Studio At Metropolitan Park Apartment

I'm staying with a girl, so are those men's underwear above the toilet door? There was no light in the kitchen or on the balcony, no TV signal, and the remote was hard to press. Please fix these things. This is room p23-01.

The room itself was a letdown for the price. There were no towels or toiletries, no TV, and no ashtray in the smoking area. The mattress was so thin I could feel the wooden base, and my body hurt afterward. The curtains were just nailed up. The AC was cold and the view was okay, but that was about it. Other places offer much better facilities for the same amount. The parking arrangement was odd too. There was no parking card, so the attendant wrote down our plate number and entry time. Then we were charged an extra 50k. They said the weekend minimum under the agency's rules was 200k, and asked me to pay another 58k. I asked if 50k would be accepted, and they agreed right away. I still don't know whether that money went toward the room or to the receptionist. As far as I know, this is a new building that took a long time to start operating, and the apartments eventually opened. Maybe the building failed and changed hands, then they started renting the rooms out. It felt like they hadn't taken much care with the apartment. This was my first and last time here.

The room has full AC and a TV, but getting it means going through security. I'd avoid using an agent. Still, the stay was good.

The floor, bed, and bathroom were all really dirty, and the place was dim. Staying there felt like being in a haunted apartment.
