The coffee at Classic Aren Dayin wasn't strong enough, and the Pure Matcha was just so-so.

I've lived here for two years and haven't run into any problems. Security is nice, and the housekeeping team keeps the shared areas and gardens clean. The lobby air freshener could use a nicer scent, and the first-floor toilet paper sometimes runs out. I don't regret buying an apartment here. Adhi karya's master plan is innovative and suits younger people, with communal spaces, a co-working area, and a jogging track. The building feels sturdy, and its finishes mix higher and mid-range materials. I know a bit about construction, so I noticed that.
