Everything else was okay, but the bed and pillows were dirty, and there was already a bad smell from the bed when I walked in. I think the room hadn't been cleaned. Please work on cleanliness and service. Also, nearly forgot, the Wi-Fi sucks :)

I booked and paid for a one-night stay a few days before arriving, planning to check in on Day 2 in the morning and leave by noon that same day. When I got there, they said I should have checked in on Day 1, so they wouldn't give me a room. They gave me various reasons, even though I'd already paid for it. I showed them my booking ID, but they didn't try to help sort it out. Their attitude was awful at first. They spoke to me like I was some kind of fraud 😂😂😂, until I showed the booking ID and pointed out their hotel's name on the platform. Worst experience ever, ridiculously horrible service.

The place itself is nice, but the service ruins it. The linen was dirty, and this is the only OYO hotel without complimentary water. Just one towel for two guests? No toothbrush either. What the hell. Poor maintenance.
