Worth it, lah.

We weren’t told at check-in that the hotel restaurant was closed for Eid al-Fitr. Since it was Eid al-Fitr, there were no vendors open at night, so we didn’t eat. That added to an already very disappointing stay. We were there on March 21, 2026, and soon after checking in around 5:00 PM, my child slipped on the extremely slippery bathroom floor. Whether it was the maintenance or the tile, the result was a deep cut on his lip and heavy bleeding. Around 5:30 PM, we had to rush him to the nearest emergency room, and our planned rest was disrupted. The hotel didn’t respond with much seriousness or empathy. We weren’t asking for anything excessive, just some concern, help, or sense of responsibility, and we were very disappointed by the lack of response. The hotel should consider non-slip bathroom mats to improve safety. Guest safety, especially for children, should come first, and it’s a shame the facilities seem neglected. I hope they make improvements so this doesn’t happen again.

The service was good, but the sheets were dirty, so I wish they paid more attention to cleaning. I also found the room cramped and poorly laid out. I hit my feet on the bed frame several times. It turns out the hotel and apartments are in one building, with the hotel on the top floor.
