Having stayed here three times now, I've found the standard consistent every visit. The rooms are always clean, and housekeeping does a lovely job. If I need extra towels or something else for the room, one call to the lobby desk gets it sorted. The staff make the place feel welcoming, from the security team at the entrance to everyone around the hotel. The lobby staff are friendly and have been able to help even though I only speak English. Breakfast has always been good too, with lots to choose from and helpful people serving. The hotel connects straight to the mall, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. They can also keep your luggage safely in the lobby if you arrive before check-in and your room isn't ready yet. I've always had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend it.

Plenty of restaurants at reasonable prices are right nearby, since the hotel sits at Sumaracon Mall. I think it's one of the best hotels in Bekasi, and the staff are attentive, polite, and helpful. Parking is free, but it's shared with the mall. That can be awkward if you're driving, especially when you have to carry your bags a long way from the carpark to the lobby. Hopefully they can set aside some spaces closer to the hotel.

We spent about two weeks at HARRIS Hotel Bekasi before moving to another hotel nearby, and the difference in service really stood out. The front desk team were welcoming and kept smiling, so we felt comfortable. Their manner came across as warm and genuine. The service was respectful and professional. After staying elsewhere, we realized how much we missed HARRIS hospitality. If we return to Bekasi, we'd choose HARRIS Hotel again.

The direct door into the mall made the location perfect for us, and we really enjoyed both the room and the restaurant. The staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help, especially FIRDA. Thanks so much.

That lovely room view made the stay memorable, and the swan towel arrangement was a nice touch. The property was exceptionally clean, with warm hospitality from the moment we arrived. Thanks to Firda and Dinda for welcoming us so warmly and taking such good care of us. One of the best hotels in bekasi ☺️
