Homestay Cemara Bekasi Mitra RedDoorz

Okay.

I swear, don't book this accommodation through an app. I booked on Agoda, but they said they don't accept bookings made through any app because the money hadn't been paid out to them. I couldn't get a refund through the app, and they made me pay cash at the property, so I paid double. When I was checking out, two other people had the same problem after booking through Traveloka well in advance. If you're going to book, try going directly to the place so you don't end up paying twice.

Bad experience. I paid through the app, but they still asked me to pay again at the property, and I ended up paying twice. They said it was because I hadn't coordinated with the app, even though that's how I found the place. Damn, bad. Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 PM. I moved.

The room was comfortable when I booked here two days ago, but the service was really slow. They told me to wait a minute while they cleaned the room, but they were just getting dressed and took ages. I was waiting first, yet someone who'd only just arrived got served straight away.
