Homey 2br Mutiara Bekasi Apartment

The check-in at Xpress Bedroom was quick, and there was a reception desk in the lobby near the swimming pool. I parked my vehicle as soon as I arrived and went straight to reception. The staff were friendly, and there was a promotional rate for a one-night stay when I checked in.

I booked a transit room through the app for a very affordable price, after finding out Xpress offers both transit and full-day stays. Check-in was very quick, too. The room had everything, including a refrigerator, water heater, kettle, and cool air conditioning.

Room A 5 36 was in terrible shape. It smelled bad, and the mattress, blanket, and pillows were dirty. The bathroom was awful, the TV and Wi-Fi didn't work, and the window was broken. The room didn't match the picture at all, and I regret staying at this hotel.

The location is central and the price was affordable. We had a spacious two-bedroom room that had been converted into one bedroom, and being on a high floor gave us a good view. The room itself was clean and tidy. The shower was broken, though, and the balcony and bathroom were a little dirty. There was no Wi-Fi or drinks.
