Hotel O Bunga Karang Hotel

The WiFi only worked at the office, the staff weren't friendly, and the area around the room was really dirty. The room itself was filthy, despite looking nice in the photos, and the bed smelled bad. The shower heater didn't work, and the toilet was extremely dirty and ugly. This was a bad hotel. Please don't go, that's my humble advice. 👎😱😷🙏

The place is comfortable and clean, and bath items are provided. The location is good, but some internet service hasn't been restored, which slows down business. I hope that gets fixed to attract more interest.

The location is convenient, with lots of food stalls nearby, and there's plenty of parking. But for 250-350k a night, whether booked online or as a walk-in, it felt pricey for what you get. I was put on the second floor, where cleanliness was poor and the toilet smelled. The evening receptionist wasn't friendly. The fridge didn't work, the air conditioning wasn't cold, and there were stains on the bed. WiFi barely showed one bar and wouldn't work, and the water heater was broken.

There was chewed gum on the sink, which sums up how poorly this room was kept. The bathroom lock was broken, the shower pressure was awful, and there were only two very thin towels with no other amenities. The bed smelled and creaked, the floor seemed not to have been mopped properly, and the walls were covered in stains. The cupboard was dirty, the TV didn't work properly, and there was no WiFi. So much for a one-star hotel.
