Check-in and check-out both went smoothly, and the staff were super friendly. A special thanks to Mr. Muhyi for helping with our family room booking and arranging our requests for a birthday cake and decorations. We were very comfortable there, and they made the stay really pleasant and memorable.

I stayed for 13 days and felt comfortable. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was good, especially the Indonesian dishes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave great service. I’d recommend it to travellers looking for a 3 star hotel that’s worth the money. I was a little surprised arriving late at night to find the lobby on the mall rooftop.

The hotel connects directly to the mall, which was handy. The room was okay, and all the staff were kind and friendly. I think I met the manager, a tall, dark skinned man, and he was very helpful, though I can't quite remember his name. It was a great experience overall.

The room and service were good, but workers using loud machines in the building from 11 pm to 2 am made it impossible for me to sleep. Getting in and out of the hotel was also very difficult outside the mall's opening hours.
