The surroundings were comfortable and pleasant, but the food needs a serious rethink. I ordered gurami, grilled, but I think it had been fried first, coated with sweet soy, then grilled. It came out very dry, and the fish was small, no more than about 450 grams. I managed to eat half. The staff seemed to think it was fine. The rice and bean sprouts were okay. The sour prawns came with lots of grated carrot and pineapple but very few prawns. As someone who researches food, I think management should review the kitchen seriously. The young staff seemed inexperienced and need training and support.

Tommy and Santi made me feel at home, even like part of the family when I ate at the restaurant next door. The food there is tasty and good value. I stayed in both the small houses and the one-room guest accommodations, and each worked for what I needed. The buildings are fairly new, well maintained, and cleaned daily. The air conditioning is good, and the hot water is fairly reliable in the larger houses. Karaoke can get a bit noisy, but the family and staff enjoy having fun and invite you to join in. I enjoyed that.

A really cozy guesthouse, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Everything felt new, from the furniture to the interior, and the place was very clean. There's a restaurant right next door and the food is delicious. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

It's quiet and peaceful here, with plenty of parking. A nice spot for a vacation or a work stopover, and the owner has lots of promotions. There's a restaurant on site too. I haven't tried the food yet, but it seems affordable. Definitely recommend.
