There are lots of small children living here, and it’s unhealthy for them, especially our older children who are exposed to cockroach bacteria. There’s also a really annoying security guard. He never smiles, acts arrogant when you ask him something or need help, and seems confused about the standard operating procedures (SOPs) here. If you haven’t moved in yet, think twice before choosing this apartment. There’s a lot to consider. The price is the same as at other apartments, and those are still decent options, unlike this one.
