My Apartment @ Centerpoint Apartment

I booked three agents in one day for my family, and this one was by far the most disappointing. My sister was away looking for breakfast when they took her belongings out, saying they were tidying up. I came back at 9:00 and found someone had entered the unit with a spare key. Fortunately, they only took a charger, which was later returned. I'm so disappointed. The ticket clearly said checkout was at 12:00. Luckily it was the fasting month. Maybe I can report security for invading our privacy and letting intruders in.
