The apartment itself was extremely run-down and poorly maintained. I had such a bad stay that I checked out and found somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. When I arrived, the security guard said OYO was no longer partnered with Grand Center and sent me to another company, Ibiza. The customer service and security staff were both unsatisfactory. Nobody explained anything, and they didn't even know the check-in or check-out times. The room was in terrible shape. The AC wouldn't turn on or off properly, the mattress was very dirty and worn out, and the pillows were extremely dusty. The towels were filthy, and the sofa was badly damaged, with the seats torn apart. The floor was very dirty, and the bathroom was worse, with brown water.
